Electroplated surfaces
High-quality and
complex items

We are your innovative service provider for all electroplated surfaces, servicing the entire European market.

Our range of surface finishes includes copper, nickel, tin, white bronze, silver and gold – in both barrel and racked processes.

We specialise in bulk and racked goods.

Electroplated surfaces
Gold Cobalt / AuCo

Properties:
High reflectivity • High oxidation resistance • Extremely ductile coatings • Very good conductivity • Gloss retention • Good soldering properties • Low contact resistance • Hardness level of 140-200 HV • Layer thicknesses are usually 0.1-3 µm • Used as a final layer

Decorative uses:
ewellery • Glasses • Watch cases

Technical uses:
Lifting contacts • Connectors • High-frequency technology

Electroplated surfaces
Copper / Cu

Properties:
Metallic glossy/silky glossy surface finish • Ductile coatings • Good soldering properties • Layer thicknesses are usually 0.5-2 µm • Used as an intermediate layer

Decorative uses:
Only as an intermediate layer

Technical uses:
Only as an intermediate layer and improve adhesion for the next layer
