General Girls’Day at Tehrotech

On April 23, 2026, the career orientation action day “Girls’Day” took place again. The aim of this action day is for girls to get to know professions in which men are typically in the majority, and for them to meet women in leadership positions. In this way, rigid role models and gender stereotypes that can restrict and influence children in their career choices can be broken down. Children should choose professions according to their individual interests and strengths.

There is also the corresponding counterpart, “Boys’Day”.

We at Tehrotech also took part in this action day and introduced our company to 5 girls; we went through all departments to give them a good impression.
It was especially exciting that the girls were allowed to have jewelry, keys and keychains, and coins they brought with them gold-plated, and afterwards the company was presented by our interns.
We hope that we were able to give the girls a good insight and wish each participant much success on her further academic and professional path.
Such projects are extremely important in order to give children the opportunity to choose their own future. Tehrotech is always happy to support such projects, and together we set an example for a more open future.
